Scattered Blossoms

Me-Made-May is in full swing, and I love the incredible enthusiasm for self-made garments!

I am not officially participating in Me-Made-May, however, I generally wear something I have sewn or knit at least three or four days a week all year long.

So while I may not be taking daily pictures, I am right there with all of you!

In this warm weather, I am once again discovering the other side of my closet, filled with cotton frocks and lightweight skirts and blouses.  And this dress is what I pulled out for Friday.  Would I get bored with cotton dresses if it was feasible to wear them 365 days a year?  Perhaps, but I find it very hard to believe!

And while that list of project ideas is becoming a bit overwhelming, this dress makes me want to pull out Butterick 6175 and make myself another dress.

There are too many lovely distractions out there!
